1.Acception of the enquiry of owner of cargos: make perfect operational plans and cost details based on the requirements of clients.
2.Order receiving: for long-term clients, accept their single-ticket service power of attorney; for new clients, sign agent contracts with them and make clear the scope of services.
3.Booking: sign single-ticket shipping contracts with long-term partners and book space at the designed booking agency.
4.Customs clearance: submit the materials and documents provided by clients to professional companies for customs clearance after proper sorting and rigorous checking.
5.Signing: prepare related documents required by shipping companies and check them with shipping agents and companies to complete signing.
6.Voyage expense settlement: make statements of account for all costs and confirm the related expenses with clients.
7.Issuance of B/L invoices: issue corresponding invoices as required by and agreed with clients, post or release B/L through telegram.
